User testing
User testing
We conducted user testing with a group of 9 individuals, inviting them to try our app and provide feedback on areas for improvement. Based on the majority experience and needs identified during testing, we have implemented the following functions.
Problem: Users seeking to check global events on particular dates, rather than within the default three-month timeframe we offer in the homepage.
Solution: On the homepage, implement a calendar feature allowing users to select their preferred dates, thereby receiving updates on significant global events occurring within that timeframe of his choice.

Problem: Users may find it challenging to follow along with audio explanations of attractions without visual indicator.
Solution: We implemented a feature that highlights the word being spoken at any given moment during the audio explanation, we aim to improve comprehension and engagement to the user.

Problem: Users face inefficiencies when selecting favorite items for their trip plans, having to choose each one individually.
Solution: Introducing a feature that allows users to instantly select all their favorites with a single tap.

Problem: When seeing the chosen hotel on the map, the user had to go back to the page before in order to change the hotel to see on the map.
Solution: We implemented a carousel of all the hotels listed on the map in order to see all the options on the map without the need to navigate back and forth.

Visual usability testing
We conducted visual usability testing with a group of 9 participants to ensure that the visual elements and text of our interface are clear and intuitive for the majority of users.
Before: The icon that symbolizes the option to change the activity if the user is not satisfied with it wasn’t clear enough.

After: Therefore, we replaced it with one that is more familiar and conventional for its intended function.

Before: The instructions for using the AI feature (chat with Rovin) were unclear to users.
After: We clarify the functionality of Rovin (the AI chat) through the title and making it friendly in the
